The highlight of the event was the inauguration of the “Presidents’ Forum,” a new initiative aimed at bringing together past presidents of the organization to provide guidance and support. The forum was inaugurated by the current president, Saji Abraham, and the first president, Prof. Joseph Chervelil. The coordinators of the forum, including former president Shaju Sam, expressed their gratitude to the organizers and welcomed the new members.

As part of the event, young IT professional Ticku Mammen Koshi was introduced as a new member of the organization, and Prof. Chervelil presented him with a membership form. The treasurer, Vinod Kayarke, thanked all the members for their contributions and announced the conclusion of the event. The program ended with a festive lunch and a sense of camaraderie among the attendees.

The Kerala Samajam of Greater New York has been in existence for 52 years and has been actively involved in promoting Malayali culture and traditions in the United States.
