The new facility, situated at the Plamoodu Junction, marks the entry of Ather's Gold Service Center in Kerala. It is an improvement in customer satisfaction and cost-effective operation.
The Gold Service Center has been carefully designed with features that are aimed to maximize the quality of service. Such comprises highly specialized service bays, advanced component storage systems, enhanced diagnostic tools, in-built power sockets, and lighting for optimizing workflow. On the other hand, the job card tracking system has been implemented by the center; it ensures better service delivery to increase customer convenience by reducing wait times.
One of the salient features of this service center is its quality assurance process, through end-stage vehicle inspection to ensure that every vehicle leaves the service center to the customers' satisfaction. Not to forget, the reception lounge is spacious; there's free Wi-Fi and even complimentary coffee. Customers in a hurry have an express care service; minor repairs are done in no time, giving an un-hassled experience.
