Another model is in the pipeline in the Toyota-Maruti Suzuki tie-up. Maruti Suzuki's crossover model Fronz is coming to Toyota's camp. This vehicle, named Urban Cruiser Tysor, will be launched on April 3. Ahead of the launch, Toyota has released teaser images and a video that give hints of the Tysor's design.
Unlike the usual cross-badged models, the Tysor will be launched with several changes in the exterior and interior. Meanwhile, Toyota will be preparing this vehicle by borrowing the mechanical features from the front. The Urban Cruiser Tysor is the fifth model under the Maruti Suzuki-Toyota cross-badging.
The teaser images suggest that significant changes have been made to the exterior design. Newly designed headlamp clusters may be offered on the teaser. Along with this new LED The main innovations will be daytime running lamps and alloy wheels with a design change. Meanwhile, the rear is expected to be similar to the fronts.
The interior of the Tysor will also be based on the Frangs. However, it is estimated that Toyota will try to make as many changes as possible in the design. The main attraction of the Tysor will be the nine-inch infotainment system, automatic climate control, heads-up display, 360-degree camera, etc. Two airbags, ABS, EBD and seat belt warning will be standard features.
