Manufacturers are investing heavily to develop a competitive range of electric cars that fill all market segments. And, to make it easier to take this step of buying an electric vehicle, brands like Fiat help you by advancing the MOVES III Plan subsidy.
If Citroën announced last month that it would advance the money from the MOVES III Plan for customers who purchase one of its electric cars through renting, now Fiat is the brand that wants to boost sales of zero-emission vehicles by advancing the total amount of the official subsidies and giving away a charging point to everyone who benefits from this promotion.
The Turin firm has explained in a press release that “it offers interesting advantages” when purchasing one of its electric cars, among which is “the advance payment of up to 7,000 euros in aid from the MOVES III Plan and a station “Wallbox charging system totally free.”
Like its sister brand (under the Stellantis umbrella), Fiat offers this promotion to renting customers. However, unlike Citroën, it also includes those who buy property, users who will be able to benefit from the direct discount without having to face the long wait that, unfortunately, the MOVES Plan subjects all buyers who benefit from its aid.
Fiat wants to put an end to the excuses that prevent you from buying an electric car
Enjoying a vehicle through the Fiat leasing program not only allows you to benefit from the aid of the MOVES III Plan in advance, but the contract also includes comprehensive insurance without excess, roadside assistance, maintenance, changing tires, managing fines and ITV.
According to Fiat, the transition to an electric car is easier with renting. The contract allows you to choose both the term and the mileage to be traveled annually in exchange for a fixed monthly fee that includes all the services described above, as well as the electric vehicle in question.
In addition, the promotion of the Italian brand has the support of e-Solutions, the charging solutions division of Stellantis, which includes a free easyWallbox charging station for both purchase and rental contracts.
This charging point works at both 2.3 kW from a conventional socket and 7.4 kW with professional installation, explains Fiat. It is compatible with Bluetooth and is associated with the Free2Charge mobile application, which “allows you to manage and manage charging from anywhere, in addition to using functions such as thermal preheating” of the vehicle.
Currently, the brand's range of electric vehicles consists of the Fiat 500e, the Fiat 600e and the new Fiat Topolino. This is within the passenger car offering, since the Fiat Professional commercial range also has the fully electric e-Doblò and e-Ulysse. Prices range from less than 10,000 euros to 62,700 euros, not including discounts or promotions.
