Kochi: Kochi-based Technovali Software India Pvt Ltd is planning innovative projects to empower skill training in collaboration with local self-government bodies to establish a knowledge-based economy. For this, Technovalley is working with the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission, an initiative of the Kerala government. Knowledge Economy Mission aims to provide employment to 20 lakh people by 2026 by providing skill training to educated job seekers in Kerala.
Through 'Self-Government Youth Empowerment Programme' (LSG-YEP) free employment empowerment is being promoted to many youth across Kerala. Five-day free virtual career workshops, free webinars on cutting-edge topics like cyber security, AI, mission learning, data science, robotics and participation certificates will be provided for more than 200 people selected from each panchayat.
The objective of this scheme is to transfer unemployed academics from Plus Two to B.Tech suitable for IT jobs. Founded in Kochi in 2016, Technovali works in partnership with more than 18 international IT companies. Technovalley has provided the Cyber Security Cadet-Ethical Hacking 2023 Latest Edition program and international certificate to 2000 selected students for free.
