Hiring Employees: The Power of Silence

Hiring

Brigitte Hyacinth, the founder and CEO of Leadership EQ, recently shared a post that has gone viral on social media. The post was about how to select employees for the company. Brigette's post was that only people who talk very little in interviews are hired. She stated that she does not hesitate to choose those who panic during the interview and her decisions have proved to be correct later.

“It is a great misery. No matter how well prepared you are, some candidates leave emotional during the interview. There was such a girl. They selected me. She is one of the best employees in my company today. Brigitte wrote.

I decided to give the girl a chance. That genius was able to prove that he was the best by performing in six months. Candidates skills can never be gauged during interview. She also pointed out that many companies select those who perform well at that one moment.

Many people responded to the post. Many people said things that they were worried about even though they went to the interview with a lot of preparation and could not even answer. Some may not be able to perform during the interview. But they are good at work. Similarly, those who excelled in the interview may not be able to excel in the job.
