Scorpio N is the vehicle that came with the title of Big Daddy in Indian SUVs. The fact is that this vehicle, which has written many records in its own name, including in vehicle bookings in India, still has an unstoppable demand. A new variant has arrived in the Scorpio N range, which was available in five variants each in petrol and diesel engines.
Mahindra has introduced a new variant called the Scorpio N Z8 Select. The new model is positioned between the high-end Z8 L variant and the Z8 in the range. Mahindra has announced that the new version, which comes with automatic and manual transmission options in petrol and diesel engines, will be priced between Rs 16.99 lakh and Rs 18.99 lakh ex-showroom.
The makers claim that the new variant is equipped with most of the features provided in the higher variants. Headlamp cluster with LED equipped headlight and DRL, LED. The exterior features include projector foglamps, sequential turn indicators and 17-inch alloy wheels. This version also comes in black.
Mahindra has packed the interior of this variant with a handful of great features. It features an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a seven-inch digital instrument cluster, over 60 connected features, built-in Alexa, a sunroof, wireless Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. Upholstery in coffee black leather gives the interior a luxurious feel.
Like the other variants, it has a 2.0 liter turbo petrol and a 2.2 liter diesel engine. The petrol engine produces 198 bhp. The power is 380 Nm. There is torque. The diesel engine produces 132 hp. The strength is 300 N.M. torque version and 173 bhp. The power is 400 Nm. There are variants with torque as well. The diesel engine has three drive modes and terrain modes namely Normal, Grass/Gravel/Snow, Mud and Sand. There are six-speed manual and six-speed automatic gearboxes.
