French automaker Renault’s Dester SUV was one of the vehicles that had to be withdrawn from Indian roads after its initial reception faded. However, this retreat is only temporary and the vehicle is expected to return in 2025 with more power. The images of this vehicle, which will soon reach the European market, have been leaked before the launch.
The first indications were that this vehicle will be named after Dacia. However, according to the images that have been released, it is certain that the new Duster will arrive at Renault’s address. The images prove that the new model will arrive with a new generation appearance and features unlike the previous Duster. The Duster has a design borrowed from Dacia.
Duster has received a major facelift. The double stack grille and Renault badging filling the front are new. It has a relatively narrow headlamp. It also has an LED DRL in the middle. Airdam is accompanied by a muscular looking armor kit. It also doubles as a skid plate. The fog lamp is also located below it.
The black finishing body claddings starting from the front bumper and extending all around the vehicle give the vehicle an SUV look. Gives appearance. The five-spoke alloy wheels are finished in a new design. The rear door handle has been moved closer to the pillar. The back has a futuristic design. Triangular LED It has a tail lamp. The stylishly designed rear spoiler and bumper are also highlights.
The design of the dashboard is completely new in layout. This innovation is evident in the freestanding infotainment system, climate control unit and gear lever. The instrument cluster is fully digital. The AC has been given a D-cut steering wheel with a leather cover and a DRL design-like element. The vent is also more loose on the inside. Legroom and headroom have also been increased.
The vehicle is expected to be offered in two engine options namely Strong Hybrid and Mild Hybrid. 94 bhp in the full hybrid model. Power is provided by a 1.6-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 49 bhp. Power is provided by two electric motors. The transmission will be an electric automatic gearbox. Along with this, a 1.2-liter three-cylinder turbo engine will also be offered. The transmission will be a six-speed manual.
