Biden and Trump age; The survey shows that Americans are dissatisfied with both of them coming to the post of US President
New York: The majority of Americans believe that 81-year-old Joe Biden and 77-year-old Donald Trump are too old to continue in power, according to a survey.
A survey conducted by ABC News and market research firm Ipsos found that the American public no longer wants the elderly duo in office.
A poll of 528 U.S. voters was released last week.
Eighty-six percent of those surveyed did not support a second term given his age. Of these, 27 percent disapprove even of Biden, currently the oldest president in U.S. history, in office.
Fifty-nine percent of those surveyed thought that both Biden and former President Trump were too old.
Meanwhile, 74 percent of Democrats say Biden is too old, while only 35 percent of Republicans have doubts about Trump.
Meanwhile, 91 percent of independents say Biden is too old, while 71 percent think Trump is too old.
A report by US special counsel Robert Hurr points out that the president does not remember the year his son Beau Biden died of brain cancer. This report is currently considered to have created a political challenge for Biden.
