Tel Aviv: Adani company provided drones for mass violence in Gaza. A Hyderabad-based company in which Gautam Adani has a stake has handed over 20 military drones to Israel. Hemus handed over 900 drones used by the Israeli army including in Gaza. The International Court of Justice intervened against the genocide in Gaza.

This was first reported by Shepherd Media, which publishes reports on defense deals. However, even after the news came out, neither India nor Israel was ready to respond in this regard. However, The Wire reported, quoting sources in the Adani Group, that the defense deal was done.

The news that the Adani Group has handed over drones to Israel comes at a time when the central government is pushing ahead with the demand for a ceasefire in Gaza. The International Court of Justice in The Hague has asked the Dutch government to stop supplying parts of F-35 fighter jets to Israel. The directive pointed out that Israel should not provide aid to war crimes.

In 2018, India opened the first center to manufacture Hemus drones outside of Israel. The company was started in Hyderabad with an initial investment of $15 million by Israel’s Elbit Systems and Adani Defense and Aerospace.
